Am I guaranteed to get the hair colour I want?

Booking "The COMPLETE" package is your comprehensive step towards achieving your desired hair colour. However, it's important to note that while I'll strive to fulfill your hair dreams, there might be limitations due to factors like previous coloring or hair condition. In such cases, reaching your desired color may require multiple sessions to ensure the best outcome while maintaining the health of your hair.

Why would there be any additional fees?

if you book "The COMPLETE" or "The MODERATE," you won't incur any extra charges, regardless of the amount of colour or product used. For other services, there's a generous amount of colour included, but if more is needed due to your hair's length or thickness, there's a charge of $15 for each additional bowl of colour mixed during your service. Rest assured, pricing will always be transparently discussed during the consultation to ensure there are no surprises.

What is the late/cancellation policy?

I completely understand that life can be unpredictable, especially as a mom of three myself! However, to ensure that all clients have fair access to appointments and to respect the time and effort put into scheduling, I have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy for booked appointments. Kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% fee of the booked service, payable before your next appointment. This helps ensure that both your time and mine are respected, and appointments are honored as planned.

 

Late Arrivals: If you are up to 15 minutes late, some services like scalp massages or styling may be omitted. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust the appointment, possibly excluding services like changing the amount of foils or not finishing with a blow-dry.  

What happens if I am dissatisfied with my hair?

If you find yourself dissatisfied with your hair after our appointment, I want to make it right. While I always aim to achieve your dream hair based on our consultation, if I haven't delivered as agreed, please inform me within 7 days of your appointment. I'll gladly bring you back in at your convenience to make the necessary adjustments. However, it's important to note that I do not offer refunds, as my priority is ensuring your satisfaction with the final result. Your happiness with your hair is my top priority, and I'm committed to working with you until we achieve the desired outcome.

What happens if I am dissatisfied with a retail purchase?

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the product for a full credit towards another product of your choice. This ensures that you leave with a product you love and that works best for you. I’m here to help you find the perfect products for your hair care routine!
